How is my order packaged?
Each item is neatly folded, sealed in a protective plastic bag, and placed in our branded gift bag. We also include a thank-you card and garment care instructions with every order.

We deliver across South Africa.
Main cities: 2–3 business days
Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is R100 nationwide.
Which courier do you use?
We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. A tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if my delivery is late?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there’s still no update, contact us at ariya.modestly.elegant@gmail.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
What if my package is damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
Email us clear photos of the packaging and item, and we’ll resolve it quickly—either through a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
What if I need to change my delivery details?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery address.
