Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all labels and tags intact.

Garments must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, or any signs of wear.

Final sale, custom, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return:

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged and sent via a trackable courier. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original form of payment. You will be notified once the return is complete.
Exchanges
We understand the importance of a perfect fit. Should you require a different size or color, we are happy to offer exchanges — subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a piece that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
